The Mission of the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation is to work side by side with the medical community to provide social, emotional, educational, financial and psychological support services and programs to families of ALL children diagnosed with a life threatening or critical illness such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, sickle cell, hemophilia, renal disorders and other immunologic diseases. With over 20 programs and services, our brightest star is Camp Cartwheel, an annual program, which will celebrate its 12th year in the summer of 2009.

With as busy as life gets, I treasure every minute I get to spend with my son. On Thursday evening, I was fortunate enough to have a little help from my one year-old Logan getting things ready for our Holiday of Smiles program.
